By foreign forces Dahal was clearly referring to India with which the Maoists have lately become very impatient, accusing the latter of meddling in the country's internal affairs.
Talking to local media-persons in Sindhupalchwok before heading to Kathmandu, he said he is cutting short his stay in the district as he has received "some positive indications" from the government and there is now increased possibility that the current political stalemate will end soon.
UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal had spent Sunday night at Kakani VDC of Sindhupalchok where he had drove to that very afternoon to relieve himself from tension over disputes among various parties over formation of new Maoist led unity government. Dahal was scheduled to go to Helambu today from Kakani.
The Maoist strongman also said that the current government will not remain in power for long and urged the major parties - NC and CPN-UML - to implement the recent three-point agreement that led to the extension of the Constituent Assembly.
Dahal had also interacted with the party cadres in the district before heading to Kathmandu.
At the interaction, he had told the district-based cadres that India views Maoists as an anti-India force and is trying to put the party into difficulty by creating problems for it.
Meanwhile, reports coming in say that Dahal will return to Kathmandu tomorrow as party cadres have arranged for his stay at a resort hotel in Khava of Kavre today. source:-Nepalnews.com
